Homeowners can set up a re-occurring monthly payment to have their association dues automatically withdrawn from their checking account and paid to their association. The payment will post to your homeowners account automatically. No more late fees or stamps. Homeowners are still responsible for making any changes necessary to their accounts i.e. updating the assessment amount if changed and canceling your account upon moving. You can make a one-time payment for your assessment with your checking account and pay no fee. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received.
